Job description

We are developing a mixed‑use property (shops + apartments) and need a 50 m³ elevated storage solution to provide reliable pressure to all units. Scope should include:

Structural and foundation design for a steel or reinforced concrete tower.
Supply and construction of tower, platforms, access ladders, and safety features.
Supply and installation of suitable storage tanks and inlet/outlet/overflow pipework.
Pressure and leak testing plus as‑built drawings and basic O&M guide.

Bidders should indicate whether they can also integrate future smart metering or additional distribution lines.
